By accessing and using the Investra platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To invest through Investra, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years of age
2. Have the legal capacity to enter into binding shares
3. Complete our identity verification process
4. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

3. Fractional Project Shares

Investra offers fractional ownership shares in real estate properties. These shares represent a proportional interest in the underlying project and entitle you to:

1. Receive returns (fixed or variable) as specified in the share terms
2. Trade your shares on our marketplace
3. Participate in the economic benefits and obligations of the project

4. Investment Process

The minimum investment amount is $100. By investing, you acknowledge that:

1. All investments are subject to availability
2. You have read and understood all project documentation
3. Your funds will be held securely until the investment is finalized
4. Investments may be subject to a holding period before trading is allowed

5. Returns and Distributions

Returns on investments are paid according to the specific terms of each project share agreement. Distributions may be:

1. Fixed ROI: predetermined rate specified in the agreement
2. Variable ROI: based on actual project performance
3. Paid monthly or quarterly as specified

All projected returns are estimates only and not guaranteed.

6. Marketplace Trading

Our marketplace allows you to buy and sell project share agreements from other investors. When trading:

1. Prices are determined by market supply and demand
2. Trading fees may apply
3. Transactions are final once executed
4. Investra does not guarantee liquidity or the ability to sell shares

7. Fees and Charges

Investra may charge fees for various services including:

1. Platform fees on investments
2. Marketplace trading fees
3. Withdrawal fees
4. Project management fees

All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete any transaction.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

1. Using the platform for money laundering or fraud
2. Providing false or misleading information
3. Manipulating marketplace prices
4. Accessing the platform from restricted jurisdictions

10. Limitation of Liability

Investra acts as a platform facilitator. We do not guarantee investment performance, project values, or returns. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, you may be required to liquidate your investments according to the terms of your shares.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Investra is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with local regulations.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
